Sheppard and Dorset Police are liars. They know very well that Mr Coulters mother in law bought the Suzuki Jeep for Mr Coulter (who lives off the patronage of his wifes Japanese family) She gave Mr Coulter the money to buy this vehicle because he needed a 4x4 for his engineering work and country sports and activities. Mr Coulter when he bought the vehicle for CASH regestered the log book in his brother in laws name (Mr Furuya) and Mr Coulter retained the log book. The understanding was that Mr Furuya would use the vehicle whilst he was in the UK for medical treatment. The Japanese family were paying hundreds of thousands of pounds for this private medical treatment, in order to dry Mr Furuya out at a treatment center in Bournemouth.
